He is a father, grandfather, and retired restaurateur who lives in Indiana and enjoys hosting barbeques, playing and watching sports, and more.
The outlet notes that Turner’s previous wife, Toni, was his high school sweetheart and that the two were married for 43 years before she passed of an illness in 2017. With the support of his family — daughters Angie and Jenny and granddaughters Charlee and Payton — he is “ready to find love again.”
Episodes of The Golden Bachelor will release weekly this fall on Mondays at 10 p.m. on ABC. It is the latest spin-off from The Bachelor, which originally debuted in 2002, following series like Bachelor Pad and Bachelor in Paradise.
