What Are the Critics Saying about Loot?

The critics have mostly liked Loot. The audience? Not so much. With an approval rating of 83% on Rotten Tomatoes from the critics and an average audience score of 56%, Loot seems to have garnered all kinds of reactions and reviews.

Brian Lowry from CNN writes, “If it’s not a blockbuster, Rudolph and the cast ensure that it’s quite good company, setting up a series possessing all the possibilities associated with a protagonist who has time, and money, to burn.”

Judy Berman from TIME found the show a toothless satire and yet has nice things to say about Rudolph’s performance as Molly. “That the show is still intermittently amusing is a credit to Rudolph’s generous portrayal of an overindulged woman flailing.”
