According to The Wrap, Bridget Regan has been tapped for a recurring role in The CW’s upcoming Supernatural prequel, The Winchesters, which will be debuting this fall on October 11. This marks Regan’s latest collaboration with the network after starring in Jane the Virgin as Rose and in Batwoman as Poison Ivy.
Regan is set to portray the role of DJ Rockin’ Roxy, who will be appearing in multiple episodes. She’s described as a “honey-voiced pirate radio DJ, who has been hijacking the airwaves of Lawrence, Kansas to broadcast a wicked new sound. Behind the mic, she’s got an electric charm and a rapidly growing fanbase. But as our heroes will sadly learn, Roxy’s listeners aren’t all of the human variety.”

“Before Sam and Dean, there was John and Mary,” reads the logline. “Told from the perspective of narrator Dean Winchester, The Winchesters is the epic, untold love story of how John met Mary, and how they put it all on the line to not only save their love but the entire world.”
The prequel will feature the return of Jensen Ackles as he reprises his role as Dean to serve as the show’s narrator. He, alongside actress and wife Danneel Ackles, are executive producing through their Chaos Machine banner as part of their overall deal with Warner Bros. Television.
It is written and executive produced by Robbie Thomas, with Glen Winter serving as an executive producer and director. It is produced by Chaos Machine for Warner Bros. Television and CBS Studios.

Supernatural lasted for 15 seasons on The CW which ran from September 15, 2005, through November 19, 2020. It starred Ackles and Jared Padalecki in the respective leading roles of Dean and Sam.
