Hardy was arrested earlier this week in Florida and booked with several charges, including driving with a suspended, canceled, or revoked license, a violation of restrictions placed on a driver’s license, and his third DUI within 10 years. Currently, Hardy is out of custody after posting a $3,500 bond, and a court hearing that was supposed to be held on Tuesday was canceled due to unknown reasons.
