Louis Partridge (Enola Holmes) is set to join the cast of the upcoming Apple TV+ psychological thriller series Disclaimer, according to a report from Variety.

Partridge is will join a cast that stars some high-profile actors, including Cate Blanchett, Kevin Kline, Sacha Baron Cohen, Kodi Smit-McPhee, and Hoyeon. Partridge’s breakout role came in 2020’s Enola Holmes, which saw him star as Tewkesbury. Partridge is set to return to the role in the upcoming Enola Holmes sequel, and will also star as Peter Pan in the upcoming film The Lost Girls, as well as the 2022 film Ferryman.
Disclaimer will be written and directed by Alfonso Cuarón (Roma), who is also serving as an executive producer along with Blanchett. Esperanto Filmoj’s Gabriela Rodriguez and Anonymous Content’s David Levine, Dawn Olmstead, Steve Golin, and Renée Knight are set as executive producers. It is produced by Cuarón’s Esperanto Filmoj and Anonymous Content.
“In the series, Blanchett will portray Catherine Ravenscroft, a successful and respected television documentary journalist whose work has been built on revealing the concealed transgressions of long-respected institutions,” reads the synopsis. “When an intriguing novel written by a widower, played by Kline, appears on her bedside table, she is horrified to realize she is a key character in a story that she had hoped was long buried in the past. A story that reveals her darkest secret. A secret she thought was hers alone.”

Disclaimer will mark Kline’s first scripted TV drama in more than 13 years since starring in the TV movie adaptation of Cyrano de Bergerac.
