In a recent tweet, Gunn shared an image of a box set that includes various Christmas ornaments, each decorated with a different member of the Guardians of the Galaxy team, as well as what looks to be Cosmo the Spacedog, a character who acts as the security chief of the space station Knowhere and frequently interacts with the Guardians. In the tweet, Gunn called the wrap gifts some of the best he’s ever seen.

While not too much is known about the upcoming Holiday Special, we do know that it will take place after the upcoming Thor: Love and Thunder film but before the third entry in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. We also know that it might be one of the last times we’ll see this current iteration of Guardians together, as Gunn has mentioned in the past that the superhero outfit will no longer be the same following Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
