ComingSoon is pleased to present two exclusive tracks from composer Matt Novack’s score for Netflix’s Murderville, which is now streaming. The two tracks are the main Murderville theme called “Terry Seattle” and “Recreating The Murder / Interrogation.”
Starring Will Arnett, Lilan Bowden, and Haneefah Wood and featuring guest star Conan O’Brien, Murderville follows eccentric detective Terry Seattle, who teams up with clueless celebrity guest stars to investigate a series of murders in this improvisational crime comedy.

Novack put a lot of effort into thinking about what sounds to use in Murderville to make sure that the chosen sounds did not overpower the comedic dialogue, but made sure that the sounds still added to the scene. The show is a parody of procedural shows and the music plays the straight man that enables the satire to flourish.
Throughout his career, Novack has uplifted a variety of projects with his scoring range. He has worked on Netflix’s Medical Police starring Erinn Hayes, Rob Huebel, and Tom Wright. Some of Novack’s other notable credits include working cult favorite Adult Swim series Children’s Hospital, as well as award-winning Dog Days and spots for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
