Jonathan Tucker is joining the cast of Netflix’s upcoming limited series thriller Echoes, according to a recent report from Deadline.

Tucker will come in with a lead role, where he’ll star alongside Michelle Monaghan in the upcoming series. He’ll join a cast that is already set to star Monaghan, Matt Bomer, Daniel Sunjata, Ali Stroker, Karen Robinson, and Rosanny Zayas. According to the report, Tucker will play the role of Dylan James, a troubled local and childhood associate of Monaghan’s character Gina.
Echoes is described as a mystery thriller about identical twins Leni and Gina, both portrayed by Monaghan, who share a dangerous secret. Since they were children, Leni and Gina secretly have swapped lives, culminating in a double life as adults: They share two homes, two husbands, and a child, but everything in their perfectly choreographed world is thrown into disarray when one of the sisters goes missing.
The 7-episode limited series is created and executive produced by Brian Yorkey, and Quinton Peeples, who are both serving as showrunners. It is also created and written by VanessaGazy who will executive produce along with Imogen Banks and Endemol Shine Banks Australia.

Yorkey is best known for his acclaimed Broadway rock musical titled Next to Normal, which earned him a Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2010 and a Tony Award for Best Original Score. The series adaptation of 13 Reasons Why was Yorkey’s first foray into television and was his first collaboration with the streamer.
