Apple TV+ has released a behind-the-scenes featurette for the upcoming second season of See, which is scheduled to make its return this Friday, August 27. The See Season 2 featurette, which you can check out in the player below, provides us more insight into what caused the sibling rivalry between Jason Momoa’s Baba Voss and Dave Bautista’s Edo Voss. It also highlights the expanding world of the action sci-fi drama series as the cast and executive producer/writer Jonathan Trooper teased the leveled-up scope and scale this season, with Momoa describing it as the best one.

See is a high concept series that takes place in a future where humanity has lost the ability to perceive the world with sight. It currently stars Jason Momoa, Alfre Woodard, Hera Hilmar, Sylvia Hoeks, Christian Camargo, Yadira Guevara-Prip, Nesta Cooper, and Archie Madekwe. Joining them in the new season are Dave Bautista, Eden Epstein, Tom Mison, Hoon Lee, Olivia Cheng, David Hewlett, and Tamara Tunie.
“In Season 2, Baba Voss struggles to reunite his family,” reads the official synopsis. “His estranged brother Edo has captured Baba’s daughter Haniwa, vowing to exact his revenge against his brother. Meanwhile, the threat of war looms between the Kingdom of Paya and the Trivantian Republic, drawing Baba and his family directly into the center of the conflict.”

See hails from executive producers Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, Francis Lawrence, Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, Jim Rowe, and Jonathan Tropper, who also serves as showrunner. The series is a production by Chernin Entertainment and Endeavor Content.
