Marvel Studios is currently in production on the She-Hulk series coming to Disney+, and while information on the plot is being kept under wraps, a recent report seems to indicate that a very famous artist will be appearing in the series.

According to a report from YouTube channel “Everything Always,” rapper Megan Thee Stallion will reportedly appear in the upcoming Disney+ series as herself. In a video detailing the news, host Michael Roman noted that the addition to the cast wouldn’t be a simple cameo and that the artist could be showing up in the series in a recurring role. However, Roman did note that all news should be taken with a grain of salt, and that it wasn’t confirmed that anything was happening until it happened.
Should this be true, however, Megan Thee Stallion will join a cast that just recently added The Good Place actress Jameela Jamil, among a ton of new faces to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Renée Elise Goldsberry will play Amelia and Ginger Gonzaga is confirmed for the project. As far as returning faces, Mark Ruffalo returns and Tim Roth will reprise Abomination from the Edward Norton-led The Incredible Hulk.

The series is being developed and written by Jessica Gao, who wrote the “Pickle Rick” episode of Rick and Morty‘s third season. Kat Cairo (Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Dead to Me) and Anu Valia (Lucia, Before and After) will direct and executive produce.
