Hulu and AwesomenessTV took to Instagram to officially reveal the new cast members that are set to join Light as a Feather‘s upcoming 16-episode second season. The Walking Dead alum Katelyn Nacon, Froy Gutierrez (Teen Wolf), Adriyan Rae (Atlanta), Alisa Allapach (Kingdom), and Kira Kosarin (The Thundermans) have been cast for the horror drama series along with YouTube star Alex Wassabi, Robyn Lively (Teen Witch), and twin brothers Alan and Alex Stokes (Brobot).
Nacon, Gutierrez, Rae, Allapach, Kosarin, Wassabi, and Lively will be portraying the roles of Sammi, Ridge, Peri, Amanda, Nadia, Luke and Deb, respectively. They will be joining season one’s returning cast members Liana Liberato, Haley Ramm and Brianne Tju.
In season 2, having inherited the curse brought on by the lethal game of “Light As A Feather,” McKenna (Liberato) finds herself fighting against a ticking clock compelling her to play along. Scheduled to premiere this summer, season two will also be written and executive produce by creator and showrunner R. Lee Fleming Jr.

Light as a Feather is a horror series that follows the story of five teenage girls who play a seemingly innocent game of “Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board” at a sleepover birthday. But suddenly, everything goes wrong when the five teen girls who played start dying off in the exact way that was predicted, forcing the survivors to figure out why they’re being targeted – and whether the evil force hunting them down is one of their own.
The cast of the first season includes Liana Liberato (Trust, If I Stay, The Best of Me) as McKenna, Haley Ramm as Violet, Ajiona Alexus (13 Reasons Why) as Candace, Brianne Tju as Alex, Peyton List as Olivia, Dylan Sprayberry as Henry, Jordan Rodrigues (Lady Bird) as Trey, Brent Rivera as Isaac, and Dorian Brown Pham as Deb.

The series is an adaptation of Zoe Aarsen’s story, Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board, which was originally published on the social networking site Wattpad. It is created and executive produced by R. Lee Fleming Jr. who is also the series’ showrunner. It is produced by AwesomenessTV, Wattpad’s Aron Levitz and Eric Lehrman along with Kelsey Grammer’s Grammnet. Tom Russo, Brian Sher and Stella Bolochnikov are also producing with AwesomenessTV’s Jordan Levin, Shelley Zimmerman, Joe Davola, Brett Bouttier and Bloodlist’s Kailey Marsh all serving as the show’s executive producers.
