Supergirl adds Louis Ozawa Changchien as villain The Hat
Comic Book reports that Kidding actor Louis Ozawa Changchien has been tapped to portray the role of DC villain The Hat in the current season of The CW’s Supergirl. The character is scheduled to make his first appearance in episode 4.13 titled “What’s Funny About Truth, Justice and The American Way?”

Supergirl stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers, Jeremy Jordan as Winslow ‘Winn’ Schott, Katie McGrath as Lena Luthor, Jess Rath as Brainiac 5, and David Harewood as Hank Henshaw/J’onn J’onnz. New to the cast for the fourth season is Sam Witwer as Agent Liberty, Rhona Mitra as Mercy Graves, and Bruce Boxleitner as Vice President Baker.
Based on the DC characters created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, the series is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Robert Rovner and Jessica Queller. Supergirl is produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
The series returns on Sunday, January 20.
