The outlet mentioned that they arrived at the victim’s home the next morning. Later, Wilson strangled her to death in her bed and took her car. A few hours later, Wilson met another woman and asked her for directions. Per the News-Press, the accused lured her into the car and strangled her when she attempted to escape. He then pushed her out of the car and ran over her 10 to 20 times.
