The Secret of Us released episode 3 on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. ICT on Channel 3. The popular Thai GL drama stars Lingling Sirilak Kwong as Fahlada and Orm Kornnaphat Sethratanapong as Earn. The storyline follows the latter trying to win over the former, years after she broke up with her.
Episode 3 of The Secret of Us begins with Bow telling Lada she’s been acting grumpy after seeing Earn with Engfah. The latter insists that isn’t the case; she doesn’t care who she’s with. Meanwhile, after their workout, Earn asks Engfah if she likes women. After admitting she does, the latter asks the former what she would do if she said she had a crush on her. The next day at the hospital, Lada tells herself she’s okay after feeling anxious the night before. Earn then visits her and brings some pie; however, Lada throws them in the bin. The former says she wants to see the latter every day, even if she doesn’t want that. Lada then replies that she is figuring out how to get Earn out of her life.
As Earn tries to say she won’t leave, Lada says she’s in love with someone else and will be marrying him soon. After asking if it is Wisanu, the former says she heard the latter doesn’t like him. Lada then asks if she should kiss him to prove it to Earn. When the former receives a call from Wisanu, she kisses him on the phone and lovingly says she misses him. A riled-up Earn snatches the phone away from Lada and leaves, crying.

Bow tells Lada she went too far and adds that Earn was deeply hurt. The latter answers that it is nothing compared to what she did to her. Bow then questions Lada if she has considered that Earn might harm herself. Lada rushes to the emergency room when a nurse informs Bow that a woman was hit by a car in front of the hospital. The former then finds out it wasn’t Earn who got injured. Later, Bow and Tan call Lada a terrible liar for acting like she wasn’t worried about Earn. Meanwhile, Earn purposely eats bananas despite being allergic. Lada is then informed about the former’s allergic reaction as she rushes to her.
Lingling Kwong calls Orm Kornnaphat selfish
Lada scolds Earn for eating the banana despite her allergy when she wakes up. When the former asks if she wants to die, Earn answers that she only wanted to see if Lada would care. Lada further says the ER is for real emergencies. She adds that many patients need medical care more than her. Lada accuses Earn of being selfish and seeking attention. When the latter says she’s afraid of losing her to Wisanu, the former answers that she lost her a long time ago. Afterward, Lada recalls her devastating breakup when Earn told her she liked men. The former claims that she was deceiving her because she was rich.
Furthermore, Tan asks Earn to leave Lada alone, as he says that she’s been hurt enough. The former asks the latter not to destroy her life again. The following flashback shows Tan looking after Lada through her heartbreak. He then asks Earn not to hurt her, as his friend is finally healing. Afterward, Lada checks up on Earn and kisses her on the forehead while sleeping. When the latter wakes up, the pair share a kiss. However, it turns out that Lada was imagining the whole thing.
As Earn gets discharged from the hospital, Engfah visits her. The latter then has a tense first meeting with Lada. As Eng and Earn trend after their video goes viral, the former says to Lada they could become a real couple in the future.
