The popular Thai production house Mandee Work has lifted the curtain on its upcoming Thai drama, Your Sky. Mandee Work is behind the massive hit BL series Cutie Pie. Moreover, they are gearing up to release the highly anticipated drama, The Next Prince. Now, the label has announced a brand new Thai BL series, Your Sky.
Your Sky unveiled its official pilot on Sunday, May 19, 2024. It also revealed the cast members, which include the following actors:
- Thomas Teetut Chungmanirat as Muenfah
- Kong Kongpob Jirojmontri as Teerak
- Por Suppakarn Jirachotikul as Punlee
- PatJi Jirachart Buspavanich as Type
- Tonliu as Babe
- In Inthira Sae-sieo as Joy
Your Sky series pilot: Thomas Teetut and Kong Kongpob fake being a couple
Your Sky pilot begins with a university senior welcoming freshmen to the faculty. As he gives new nicknames to the new student, an adorable fresher gets called “saggy cheeks.” While the boy’s mate, Punlee, accuses the senior of body shaming, Teerak remains optimistic and says it is a lovely name. He introduces himself as a cheerful and friendly person.
Furthermore, while passing by a football field, Teerak comes across a scary-looking guy, Muenfah. It marks the beginning of the “beloved guy and the mean one.” Later, at a restaurant, Teerak agrees to have a drink despite Punlee telling him not to do so. While the former is drunk, a guy tries to hit on him. Then, the restaurant’s owner, Muenfah, comes to Teerak’s rescue. As the guy tries to pull the latter from the former, Muenfah pushes him and exclaims, “Leave my boyfriend alone!”
A drunk Teerak then admires Muenfah and calls him attractive when he drops him home. The former then begs the latter to kiss him on the head. Things take a turn as a photo of Muenfah kissing Teerak’s head gets spread among the students. When the latter apologizes to Muenfah, he says he helped because Teerak is his brother Punlee’s friend.
Furthermore, when Muenfah gets into trouble for pushing the guy the night before, Teerak jumps in and says he really is the former’s boyfriend. They then agree to fake being a couple. However, the two’s fake deal begins to affect their real feelings.
