The ongoing Thai GL series 23.5 (23point5) released its penultimate episode 11 on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. ICT on channel GMM 25. The drama follows the high school romance of classmates Ongsa (Milk Pansa Vosbein) and Sun (Love Pattranite Limpatiyakorn). Here’s a look at 23.5 episode 11 recap.
Episode 11 of 23.5 begins with Ongsa finding Sun at the park, and she apologizes for telling her parents that the latter is just a friend. Sun then says that she has been trying to understand Ongsa all this time, whether it was the latter pretending to be Earth or Ongsa asking for more time to be in the open. Not only that, but Sun told her parents about Ongsa. However, the former feels that the latter is acting like their love is embarrassing.
Afterward, Ongsa says she didn’t tell her parents about Sun because she feared they wouldn’t accept them. Moreover, the former covered up the relationship so people wouldn’t criticize the latter. Sun later clarifies that Ongsa made those decisions independently and hadn’t ask for her input. Furthermore, Sun returns the bracelet, calling off their relationship and leaving. After returning home, Ongsa breaks down in tears as Alpha consoles her sister.
At school, Aylin joins the others for lunch as Luna teaches her to interact with friends. When Sun passes by, she avoids sitting at the table where Ongsa is. Alpha then informs the others that Sun and Ongsa broke up. Elsewhere, Mawin confesses to Tinh that he likes him, while Ton hits on Charoen and gives her a flower. However, the latter says she doesn’t understand why he likes her. At the gym, Sun continues to avoid Ongsa.
Furthermore, Sun confronts Ongsa for her unhinged behavior after losing the former. The latter says she wants to apologize but doesn’t know what to do. When Sun says she loves Ongsa, the latter asks why she left her. Sun answers that Ongsa never understood her.
23.5 episode 11 recap: Do Love Pattranite and Milk Pansa get back together?
At home, Ongsa’s parents say that Alpha and Aylin have told them about her and Sun. When the former asks if they are upset, Ongsa’s mom assures her that they are okay with whoever their daughter likes. However, they don’t want her to lie or hide things from them. Ongsa says she did so because she was afraid her parents would be disappointed in her for liking girls. Her dad tells her to stop worrying about what other people think. Ongsa’s family then tells her to get Sun back.
Later, Ongsa goes to Sun’s house and asks her to come outside and listen to what Ongsa has to say. Although Sun reads the messages, she doesn’t come out. Ongsa screams and says she will wait outside her house until she comes out. Alpha then asks her to go home and come back the next day. Right then, Sun comes out.
Ongsa apologizes and says she has now realized Sun broke up with her because she cared too much about other people’s opinions. While doing so, she overlooked the person most important to Ongsa. She adds that she wants to love Sun and asks for forgiveness. Soon after, Ongsa returns the bracelet as Sun agrees to forgive her.
The next day, a conflicted Sun opens up to her parents. She says she is so devoted to love that she is willing to change herself. However, if at any point her love is stronger than Ongsa’s, she will end up feeling bad and is afraid they will break up again. Sun’s parents advise her to learn to love someone without losing herself and navigate problems together. They add that Sun can love Ongsa and follow her dream at the same time.
Afterward, Sun also apologizes to Ongsa for being silly to make the latter understand her. She had tried to change herself to make their love carry on. Sun admits she was wrong for doing so. Sun even shares that she wants to join the student exchange program and follow her dream, and Ongsa also supports her decision. The episode ends with Sun asking Ongsa what their relationship will be like if she goes away for a year.
