The ongoing Thai BL series Only Boo! released episode 6 on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at 8:30 p.m. ICT. on channel GMM 25. The storyline follows the life of an aspiring idol and high school student, Moo (Keen Suvijak Piyanopharoj). When Moo starts missing classes to audition, his mother relocates him to a small town to make him concentrate on his studies. Soon after moving to the new place, Moo falls for Kang (Sea Dechchart Tasilp), a rice and curry seller. Here’s a look at Only Boo! episode 6 recap.
Episode 6 of Only Boo! begins with Moo teaching Kang how to dance. When Kang gives Moo a ride back to his dorm, the latter receives a call from his mom. When she asks if it’s a friend who is dropping him off at home, Moo denies it and says it’s the guy he’s pursuing. He then continues to flirt with Kang, hugging him from behind and sweetly kissing his helmet.
After dropping him, Kang asks Moo why he introduced him to his mother like that. The latter says he and his mom talk about these things. He playfully adds that if he passes the audition, he’ll make Kang meet his mom and introduce him as his boyfriend.
Later, Kang admits to Neth that he likes Moo. Meanwhile, Moo updates his mom about his studies, and she says that she’ll visit him over the weekend. She then asks Moo about his love life. The latter says they aren’t boyfriends yet, as Kang has asked Moo to focus on his studies first.
Elsewhere, Kang and his mother share a touching moment. The latter gives her approval for his son to date a guy as Kang hesitates and breaks down in tears. She adds that he has the right to love anyone he wants.

At school, Moo, Potae, and Payos receive a call from TTM as they pass the audition round. However, the rules state that contestants below 20 years old must get their parents’ written permission.
Earlier, Moo’s mother had turned down his request for the New Wave audition. Later, Moo asks Kang to pretend to be his parent. However, the latter refuses and encourages the former to ask his mother to sign the letter. When Moo’s mom visits, she finds Potae and Payos in the former’s room. Moo informs that they’re his best friends and have come over to study together.
Elsewhere, Kang gives Shone the town tour that the pair had planned. Meanwhile, Potae informs Moo’s mother that he wants to join the Dream Camp for young aspiring doctors. They ask her to sign the permission letter. The boys prepared a fake camp letter to get Moo’s mom to sign the last page. Although she signs it, she isn’t easily fooled as she asks the three to tell the truth. Moo’s mother says she knows her son quite well and adds that he was “faking it so badly.”
Moo then tells his mother that their clip passed the audition round. However, she says that she doesn’t want to see her son get hurt again. As Moo pleads on his knees, his mom says she has already permitted her to do so as she signs the letter. However, she adds that this is his last chance.

Kang excitedly tells his mom he got to shape clay for the first time. She asks if he wants to study art again, but he refuses. She then asks Kang to reconsider, as she wants to see him follow his dream. Later, Moo visits and informs Kang that his mom has signed the letter. The former asks the latter who he went out with during the day. Moo then asks Kang to take him out on a date.
Kang takes Moo to a lakeside and opens up about his devastating past. When he planned to go to art school, he asked his father to get him a tablet. However, when his dad was on his way after buying it, he met with an accident. Kang didn’t continue his studies after his dad passed away.
He adds that Moo’s determination has motivated him, and he wants to try getting into art school again. The episode ends with Kang gifting Moo a bracelet as his lucky charm for the next audition.
