Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have welcomed their third child, a baby boy. The pair shared a joint statement on Instagram to announce the exciting news by revealing their son’s name — Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt.
The couple tied the knot in 2019 and share two daughters, Eloise Christina and Lyla Maria. The Marvel star also has a son, Jack, from his previous marriage to Anna Faris.

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger welcomed their baby boy on November 8. The couple penned in a joint statement, “We are overjoyed to announce the birth of our son, Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt.” They also noted the mama and the newborn baby are doing well. Meanwhile, Ford’s siblings are “thrilled” by the little one’s arrival. Pratt and Schwarzenegger added, “We feel so blessed and grateful.”
Shortly after the pair shared the news, the Instagram post’s comments section was flooded with congratulatory comments. Previously, Pratt opened up about keeping his third child’s gender a secret during an appearance on a segment of the “TODAY” show. When the actor was asked if it was a boy or a girl, he replied, “We don’t know,” and added that they would wait.
Pratt also explained that he had “an intuition” about the baby’s gender. However, the actor said he did not want to say it just in case he was wrong. Pratt joked, “One day, child, you’ll know, I knew. I knew exactly who you were.” The actor never revealed what his “intuition” was. Nonetheless, the big and happy family is thrilled with the sweet addition.
Last month, Schwarzenegger also shared a cute photo of her and Pratt’s younger daughter wearing a baseball cap that read “Big Sis” as she excitedly awaited the arrival of her little sibling.
