CS sits down with the Miracles from Heaven cast alongside the real life Christy and Anna Beam
Opening in theaters on Wednesday, Sony Pictures‘ inspiring true story Miracles from Heaven brings to the big screen the incredible story of 10-year-old Anna Beam (Kylie Rogers) and the terrifying trials and tribulations she and her family went through after Anna was diagnosed with an incurable and likely fatal pseudo-obstruction motility disorder. Traveling to Boston to get the best medical assistance they can, Anna and her mom, Christy (Jennifer Garner), try their best to keep their faith alive in the middle of a truly terrifying situation. What ended up happening defied all medical science and led to Christy Beam’s best-selling memoir “Miracles from Heaven: A Little Girl and Her Amazing Story of Healing.”

Jakes (Heaven is for Real), and DeVon Franklin, former Senior VP of production at Sony Pictures produce with Matthew Hirsch, production supervisor on Oz The Great and Powerful and Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Derrick Williams (Heaven is for Real) and Zack Roth (Maleficent) serving as executive producers.
