Picturehouse and Altitude (via Empire) have revealed the first teaser trailer for Green Room, the follow-up film from Blue Ruin‘s Jeremy Saulnier. The film earned exemplary reviews at its North American premiere at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival. Check out the international Green Room trailer below!
Green Room stars Anton Yelchin (Star Trek, Fright Night), Imogen Poots (Need for Speed, 28 Weeks Later), Alia Shawkat (“Arrested Development,” Whip It), Macon Blair (Blue Ruin), Joe Cole (“Peaky Blinders”), Callum Turner, and Patrick Stewart (X-Men, “Star Trek: The Next Generation”).
Broke, tired and at each other’s throats after a cancelled gig, a young punk rock band accepts a sketchy matinee show to get themselves home. When they stumble upon something they weren’t supposed to witness, the quartet is trapped in a terrifying siege.
A24 will give Green Room a limited release on April 1, followed by a wider release on April 15.
