I missed Paul Haggis‘ Third Person at the Toronto Film Festival last year, but those I spoke to didn’t exactly speak highly of the film.
Starring Liam Neeson, James Franco, Adrien Brody, Mila Kunis, Olivia Wilde, Moran Atias and Kim Basinger the film centers on three couples whose love stories intertwine in three cities across the globe — Rome, Paris, and New York — and if you click here to read the whole plot it all sounds rather ridiculous.
Sony Classics eventually picked it up, but has yet to set an official release date. The trailer below promotes the upcoming June release in Japan and the film will play the Tribeca Film Festival on April 24, which is where I assume Sony Classics will decide whether they dump this thing in a couple theaters and call it a day or try and make some actual money off it.
