I watched more of this international trailer for Carrie than I normally would and what I saw I actually thought looked pretty good, that is outside the posing Chloe Moretz is doing in the screen capture above as she lays waste to the prom goers and overacts all at the same time.
I’ve been meaning to rewatch Brian DePalma‘s 1976 version as it’s available on NetFlix Instant, but just haven’t made the time. Then again, considering this remake doesn’t come out until October 18 I guess have still have a lot of time to get around to it.
Oh, and if the trailer ends up looking familiar, it’s actually two months old, but only hit my radar today. So, I guess I’m using the word “new” lightly in the headline.
