The sequel to the 2012 horror anthology V/H/S, S-VHS will hit theaters this year, but will first have its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival on January 19 as part of the fest’s midnight programming. Today we have the first teaser trailer for the film along with the following synopsis:
Inside a darkened house looms a column of TVs littered with VHS tapes, a pagan shrine to forgotten analog gods. The screens crackle and pop endlessly with monochrome vistas of static—white noise permeating the brain and fogging concentration. But you must fight the urge to relax: this is no mere movie night. Those obsolete spools contain more than just magnetic tape. They are imprinted with the very soul of evil.
Segments of the film were directed by Gareth Evans, Timo Tjahjanto, Eduardo Sanchez, Adam Wingard, Simon Barret, Jason Eisener and Greg Hale.
Check out the teaser below and I have uploaded three pictures of the film which you can check out right here.
