Watch: Stallone Opens Fire in Trailer for ‘Bullet to the Head’

Sylvester Stallone‘s Bullet to the Head was originally supposed to hit theaters back in April, but was moved all the way to February 1, 2013. Reason being? Well, now that I look at it, perhaps to take advantage of The Expendables 2 just as Lionsgate is doing with Arnold Schwarzenegger’s The Last Stand which saw a trailer debut earlier today.

Tonight we have the trailer for Stallone’s next actioner directed by Walter Hill and co-starring Sung Kang, Christian Slater, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agabaje, Jason Momoa and Holt McCallany. Based on the graphic novel written by Matz and illustrated by Colin Wilson, Bullet to the Head tells the story of a New Orleans hitman (Stallone) and a New York City cop who form an alliance to bring down the killers of their respective partners.

After this Stallone and Arnold team again for The Tomb, which means you’re in for a whole lot of ’80s style ass-kicking courtesy of a couple of 60+ year-old actors. Just how you like it… right?
