Did you hear the rumors floating around that now that Lionsgate and Summit have merged they are considering rebooting the Twilight franchise? The funniest thing about it was the denial by Summit co-chairman Rob Friedman who said this November’s The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 “will be the last one unless that should change.” Oh really Rob, is that how it works? Sort of like how this new trailer teaser for the upcoming film will be the last none until the next one comes out? Nice!
Any who, yes, I have a new trailer teaser for the next Twilight film to share with you as the full version will be online tomorrow morning, Wednesday, June 20, at 5:30 AM PDT/8:30 AM EDT. This time you’ll get a slew of slow zooms, red eyes and Michael Sheen borrowing Michael Jackson’s wardrobe for a vampire duel in the snow.
Of course, none of the vampires are sparkling because it is overcast, but if they really don’t think the sun hits the skin when it’s overcast maybe they should get a look at my neck from golfing this past weekend.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 hits theaters on November 16 and stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. This time around Stewart’s Bella Swan is all red-eyed and vampiry and things couldn’t be more dangerous as everyone wants her half-human, half-vampire, rapidly growing baby Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy), even Jacob (Taylor Lautner) the werewolf. Oh my!
