Red Band Trailer for the Jonah Hill Comedy ‘The Sitter’

Set to hit theaters on December 9, 20th Century Fox has decided to go the red band route with the first trailer for the Jonah Hill comedy The Sitter, which is said to harken back to 1987’s Adventures in Babysitting by following a college student (Hill), suspended for the semester and living at home with his single mom, who has a night to remember when he gets talked into baby-sitting the eccentric kids next door: two boys and a wild 8-year-old girl.

Along with Hill, the film co-stars Max Records (Where the Wild Things Are), Kevin Hernandez and Landry Bender as the three children. Sam Rockwell, Ari Graynor, J.B. Smoove and Method Man are also part of the cast.

The Sitter is the second film director David Gordon Green has delivered this year following Your Highness, which fell flat on its face earlier this year. Will this be any kind of improvement?

As for Hill, he’ll be seen in Moneyball opposite Brad Pitt in September and has 21 Jump Street coming out next March which co-stars Channing Tatum, Ice Cube, Brie Larson, Rob Riggle, DeRay Davis, Jake Johnson, Johnny Simmons, Dakota Johnson and Ellie Kemper and is also expected to include a Johnny Depp cameo.

Check out the trailer below, but be aware it is not safe for work.
