Everything about this trailer screams videogame. Is that what the kids want nowadays? I would think they would be more content playing videogames rather than watching them in theaters. Have a look at this second trailer for Priest (due in theaters on May 13) and tell me what you think.
This film reteams Legion director Scott Charles Stewart with Paul Bettany who plays a warrior priest who disobeys church law by teaming with a young sheriff (Cam Gigandet) who is part vampire and a priestess to track down a band of renegade vampires who have kidnapped the priest’s niece. Karl Urban looks like he gets all operatic cowboy in this one as well. The film co-stars Maggie Q, Stephen Moyer, Lily Collins, Madchen Amick, Christopher Plummer, Brad Dourif and Alan Dale and will be released in 3D from Screen Gems.
