ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive For Sale By Exorcist trailer, previewing the upcoming horror comedy about a real estate agent who uses exorcisms to help flip houses. It is set to be released digitally to rent or own on March 11, 2025, and will be available through Epic Pictures’ horror label, Dread.
“For Sale By Exorcist follows Susan Price, a savvy realtor and certified exorcist who’s spent years flipping haunted houses across the country,” reads the film’s official synopsis. “From bleeding walls to glowing eyes, every listing is to die for! But as Susan hunts for her own forever home, the ghosts she’s evicted return for revenge. Will Susan settle with these vengeful spirits…or could she lose her life along with her down payment?”

For Sale By Exorcist is directed by Melissa LaMartina, the writer of the hit horror video game Amanda the Adventurer. The film is co-written by Chris LaMartina (who also co-wrote and directed the 2013 horror film WNUF Halloween Special) and The Hard Times’ Rob Walker.
“For a movie with a groin-grabbing succubus and death-metal necromancers, For Sale By Exorcist has a surprising amount of heart,” said Melissa LaMartina in a statement. “At its core, the story is about creating community and finding a place for everyone in it — living or otherwise.”
