Final Destination Bloodlines Trailer Previews Death Scene in Horror Franchise’s Next Entry

The first trailer for Final Destination Bloodlines, also known as Final Destination 6, has been released.

Final Destination Bloodlines is the forthcoming sixth entry in New Line Cinema’s Final Destination franchise. Directed by Adam Stein and Zach Lipovsky, the movie will be released in United States theaters this coming May.

What happens in the Final Destination Bloodlines trailer?

The Final Destination Bloodlines trailer sees Death claim another unlucky victim who works at a tattoo parlor. After getting their nose ring caught in a metal chain connected to a ceiling fan, the unfortunate individual then finds themself being thrown into open flames that have erupted within the building.

“Plagued by a violent recurring nightmare, college student Stefanie heads home to track down the one person who might be able to break the cycle and save her family from the grisly demise that inevitably awaits them all,” the synopsis for the movie reads.

The cast of the movie includes Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Rya Kihlstedt, Anna Lore, Brec Bassinger, and Tony Todd.

The script for the movie comes from Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, based on a story by Busick, Taylor, and Jon Watts. Watts produces the movie alongside Craig Perry, Sheila Hanahan Taylor, Dianne McGunigle, and Toby Emmerich, while David Siegel, Warren Zide, Pete Chiappetta, Andrew Lary, and Anthony Tittanegro serve as executive producers.

The first Final Destination movie, directed by James Wong, was released in March 2000. It was followed by 2003’s Final Destination 2, 2006’s Final Destination 3, 2009’s The Final Destination, and 2011’s Final Destination 5. All five Final Destination movies are currently available to stream on Max.

Final Destination Bloodlines will be released in United States theaters and IMAX on May 16, 2025, from Warner Bros. Pictures.
