Roadside Attractions has shared the official Riff Raff trailer for its upcoming crime comedy. Following its world premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, the movie is now scheduled to arrive in theaters on February 28, 2025.
“Vincent is an ex-criminal who, more than anything, just wants a normal, peaceful life. He and his wife Sandy have built a loving family with their son DJ and are spending the winter break at their vacation cabin before DJ leaves for college,” reads the official synopsis. “Chaos ensues when Vincent’s disowned son Rocco, his girlfriend Marina, and Vincent’s ex-wife Ruth abruptly show up to spoil the festivities with an ominous warning: Vincent’s former associate, the famed gangster Leftie and his new sidekick Lonnie, are coming for them.”

Who is in the Riff Raff trailer?
The trailer provides the audiences with a glimpse of its ensemble cast led by Jennifer Coolidge as Ruth, Bill Murray as Leftie, Pete Davidson as Lonnie, Ed Harris as Vincent, and Gabriel Union as Sandy. They are joined by Lewis Pullman as Rocco, Miles J. Harvey as DJ, Emanuela Postacchini as Marina, Michael Covino as Jonathan, P.J. Byrne as Garrison, and Brooke Dillman as Janet. Since its world premiere last year, the film has received a Tomatometer rating of 75% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 20 reviews.
Riff Raff is being directed by Dito Montiel (A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints) from a screenplay written by John Pollono. The film is produced by Noah Rothman for Canopy Media Partners along with Marc Goldberg and Sarah Gabriel for Signature Films. In addition to starring, Coolidge is also executive producing along with Adam Paulsen, David Sullivan, John Pollono, Chris Dennis, Christian Mercuri, Matthew Lesher, and Tiffany Kuzon.
