The Green and Gold trailer for the coming-of-age family drama movie starring Madison Lawlor (Juniper) and Brandon Sklenar (It Ends With Us) has been released. The film is scheduled to be released on over 1,000 screens by Fathom Events in theaters on January 31, 2025.

What happens in the Green and Gold trailer?
The video features an aspiring young musician who works at her family’s farm alongside her grandfather. In an effort to save their farm and family legacy, she and her grandfather agree to a game-changing bet. If their beloved Green Bay Packers win the Super Bowl, their farm’s impending foreclosure will be canceled.
Green and Gold is directed by Anders Lindwall, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Steven Shafer, Michael Graf, and Missy Mareau Garcia. The film also stars Craig T. Nelson, M. Emmet Walsh, Annabel Armour, Ashton Moio, and Charlie Berens. It is produced by David Lindwall and Aaron Boyd, with Jackson Browne and S. Carey providing the music.
“Set against the backdrop of the 1990s, the film tells the story of a fourth-generation dairy farmer fighting to preserve his family’s land and legacy against overwhelming odds,” reads the synopsis. “Foreclosure looms over Wisconsin dairy farmer Buck. With mounting debt and the land his family has cultivated for four generations at risk, Buck refuses to give up his legacy without a fight.
