Exclusive The Coder & Running Erins Trailers for Dances With Films Festival

ComingSoon is excited to debut exclusive trailers for the upcoming premiere of The Coder and Running Erins at the 2024 Dances With Films: New York, where both the short and the television pilot will be screened on December 7.

Who is involved in The Coder & Running Erins?

The Coder is a 15-minute short thriller film directed by Will Crouse, with Kevin Reodica serving as its producer. The cast includes Abbey Toot, Mickey O’Sullivan, Sean Kazarian, Yuchi Chiu, and James Dawson.

“Mary’s crypto startup and mental health are spiraling. A flood of emails reported the app losing customers’ money, her thoughts keep fracturing, and her CEO, Thad, seems ready to drive them all off a cliff. Time is running out for Mary to rally her team and avert catastrophe – or risk more than just her company collapsing,” reads the official synopsis for The Coder.

The Coder will have its world premiere on Saturday, December 7, at 4:15 p.m. ET. Ticket info can be found on Dances With Films’ website.

Meanwhile, Running Erins is a 6-episode pilot comedy series that hails from writer Erin Fogel and director Guillermo Ivan. Only the first episode of the pilot series will be screened at the Dances With Films Festival. The cast includes Fogel, Nancy Nagrant, Deborah Rayne, Guillermo Ivan, Adrian Mahawaduge, and Milo Fridman. It is produced by Fogel, Ivan, Zeev Feldman, and Bryan Capri.

“It is an authentic scripted docu-comedy set on the upper east of New York City. The show displays a diverse array of both seasoned television actors as well as the real people who inspired their roles A true hybrid of reality and fiction. The plot is also a blend of Erin’s real life mixed in with added conflict,” reads the logline for Running Erins.
