What happens in the Hot Frosty trailer?

The video highlights the magical romance between Chabert’s Cathy and Milliagan’s Jack, a snowman who turned into a real human during Christmas. It teases how Jack will make Cathy fall in love with him through his sweet and crazy antics. The trailer also features a Mean Girls easter egg involving former co-stars Chabert and Lindsay Lohan.

“Two years after losing her husband, Kathy magically brings a handsome snowman to life! Through his naïveté, the snowman helps Kathy to laugh, feel, and love again, as the two fall for each other just in time for the holidays…and before he melts,” reads the official synopsis.

Hot Frosty is directed by Jerry Ciccoritti from a screenplay written by Russell Hainline. The film also stars Katy Mixon Greer, Lauren Holly, Chrishell Stause, Sherry Miller, Dan Lett, Matthew Stefiuk, Heleene Lohan Cameron, Allan Royal, Sarah Desouza-Coelho, Bobby Daniels, with Joe Lo Truglio and Craig Robinson. It is executive produced by Aren Prupas and Jonas Prupas, with Joel S. Rice and Michael Barbuto serving as producers.
