Bloody Disgusting has unleashed the action-packed trailer for its upcoming horror thriller Werewolves starring Frank Grillo.
Rated “R” for “violence, some gore, and language,” the upcoming blood-soaked feature is scheduled to hit theaters on December 6, 2024. It is directed by Steven C. Miller (Silent Night, Deadly Night) and written by Matthew Kennedy (Inheritance).
What happens in the Werewolves trailer?
The trailer tells viewers that “one year ago, a supermoon turned millions into werewolves.” As the trailer opens with a woman being haunted by a werewolf, it teases that the terrifying event is happening once again. It then introduces Grillo’s Wesley Marshall, who appears to know his way around the deadly creatures.
“A supermoon event triggers a latent gene in every human on the planet, turning anyone who entered the moonlight into a werewolf for that one night. Chaos ensued and close to a billion people died. Now, a year later, the Supermoon is back,” the official synopsis reads.
