Following its world premiere earlier this year, the film is now scheduled to arrive in select theaters on November 1, 2024.

What happens in the A Real Pain trailer?
The video features Culkin and Eisenberg as they portray cousins who decided to go on a trip to Poland following the death of their grandmother. The trailer also highlights their characters’ differences, with Eisenberg’s David constantly trying to calm down Culkin’s Benji, who was more affected by their grandmother’s passing due to their close bond. In addition to Culkin and Eisenberg, the cast also includes Will Sharpe (The White Lotus), Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing), Kurt Egyiawan (The Exorcist), Liza Sadovy (Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street), and Daniel Oreskes (Law & Order).
A Real Pain is written and directed by Eisenberg, which serves as his second directorial project following 2022’s When You Finish Saving the World. It is produced by Emma Stone, Dave McCary, Ali Herting, Jennifer Semler, and Ewa Puszczyńska. This marks the latest collaboration between Eisenberg and Stone, who previously worked together in the Zombieland franchise.
