Max has released the official Caddo Lake trailer for its newest mystery thriller movie, which hails from producer M. Night Shyamalan.
“When an eight-year-old girl mysteriously vanishes, a series of past deaths and disappearances start to link together, forever altering a broken family’s history,” reads the film’s official synopsis.

When is the Caddo Lake release date?
Caddo Lake is scheduled to make its debut on Thursday, October 10, exclusively on Max. The film will be led by Dylan O’Brien (Maze Runner, Love and Monsters), Eliza Scanlen (Little Women), Diana Hopper (Goliath), Caroline Falk (Caroline), and Sam Hennings (Four Good Days), with Eric Lange (Escape at Dannemora) and Lauren Ambrose (Six Feet Under).
It is written and directed by Celine Held and Logan George, who shot the film in late 2021 and 2022 in and around Karnak, Texas. They were inspired to create the film after coming across a photograph of the real Caddo Lake online, which led them to visit the cypress forest many times. The film is produced by Ashwin Rajan, Kara Durrett and Josh Godfrey. Executive producers are Kimberly Steward, Harrison Huffman, and Will Greenfield. It is a production by New Line Cinema and Blinding Edge Pictures.
