JT Mollner’s upcoming suspense thriller Strange Darling has received another trailer and two new posters, which highlight positive buzz the film has generated.
“In the film, nothing is what it seems when a twisted one-night stand spirals into a serial killer’s vicious murder spree,” reads the synopsis.

When is the Strange Darling release date?
Strange Darling is scheduled to debut in theaters on Friday, August 23, 2024. Since making its world premiere at last year’s Fantastic Fest, the movie has received the Certified Fresh rating of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 21 reviews.
The film is written and directed by JT Mollner. It stars Willa Fitzgerald (The Fall of the House of Usher), Kyle Gallner (A Nightmare on Elm Street, Smile), Ed Begley Jr. (Better Call Saul, A Mighty Wind), and Barbara Hershey (Black Swan, Insidious). It is produced by Bill Block, Roy Lee, Steven Schneider, Giovanni Ribisi, and Chris Ivan Cevic, with Ribisi also serving as the Director of Photography. It is a co-production between Miramax and Spooky Pictures Production, with Magenta Light Studios handling its distribution.
