ComingSoon is excited to debut the exclusive trailer for Lionsgate‘s newest fantasy thriller Warchief, which hails from writer-director Stuart Brennan.
“As the honorable Captain Orion and his band of guardians lead a mysterious messenger to their king, they come under attack from a brutal legion of ravenous braindead creatures,” reads the film’s synopsis. “After another fierce and costly battle with savage Orcs, the messenger reveals her identity as a master of the dark arts and that a war is on the horizon. As their once-peaceful world comes under siege and a future kingdom ruled by the undead is foretold, Orion and his forces make one final stand for the soul of all mankind.”

When is the Warchief release date?
Warchief is scheduled to make its debut on September 17, on demand and on digital.
The fantasy thriller is written and directed by Stuart Brennan (Plan Z), who will also star as Orion in the R-rated film. Joining him are Rosanna Miles (Assassin’s Guild) as Griff, Suzanne Packer (Casualty) as Arcanus, Mark Paul Wake (Wolf) as Warchief, and Michael Lambourne (In the Dark) as Messenger. Producers are Brennan, Wake, and Gareth Wiley.
