The official Hard Home trailer for the forthcoming thriller drama from Republic Pictures (a Paramount Pictures label) has been released, featuring Yellowjackets star Simone Kessell as mother desperate for enact her revenge against her daughter’s killer. The R-rated film will be available to rent or own on digital platforms starting on June 25.

What is Hard Home about?
“After the shocking murder of her daughter, a woman turns her high-tech home into a trap for the killer, initiating a deadly cat-and-mouse game where every move can be fatal,” reads the official synopsis.
Hard Home hails from director James Bamford (Arrowverse) and scribe Mark Shea Price. The cast also includes Joseph Millson (The Last Kingdom), Rachel Adedeji (Alice & Jack), Daphne Cheung (Red Eye), Rosie Day (Outlander), and Andrew Howard (Echo). The film is executive produced by Scott Karol and Matthew Cervi, with Steven Paul producing.
Besides Hard Home, Kessell will also next be seen in the Apple TV+ series The Last Frontier, which will be led by Jason Clarke and Dominic Cooper. At the moment, the New Zealand actress is currently in production for Yellowjackets Season 3, in which she’ll be reprising her role as present-day Lottie Matthews.
