A new Borderlands trailer preview for the video game movie adaptation has been released ahead of the upcoming trailer.
IGN revealed a nine-second clip of footage from the Borderlands movie, giving fans a brief look at Jack Black as Claptrap, Cate Blanchett as Lilith, Kevin Hart as Roland, Jamie Lee Curtis as Dr. Patricia Tannis, Ariana Greenblatt as Tiny Tina, and a Psycho. The video also notes that a full trailer for the movie is dropping tomorrow.

Borderlands is directed by Roth from a screenplay written by Roth and Joe Crombie. It is being produced by Arad Productions’ Avi Arad and Ari Arad, along with Picturestart’s Erik Feig. It will be executive produced by Gearbox founder Randy Pitchford and CEO of Take-Two Interactive Strauss Zelnick. Lionsgate’s James Myers and Aaron Edmonds are overseeing the project along with Arad’s Emmy Yu and Picturestart’s Lucy Kitada and Royce Reeves-Darby.
