ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive The Ballad of Davy Crockett trailer for the action-packed Western led by William Moseley. The film is set to release in select theaters and through video-on-demand on Friday, March 8.
“It is the epic, true origin story behind the legendary ‘King of the Wild Frontier,'” reads the movie’s description. “Long before his last stand at the Alamo, the legendary American hero Davy Crockettt fought his way through a wild frontier to rescue his sons from the clutches of an evil land baron.”

The Ballad of Davy Crockett was written and directed by Derek Estlin Purvis. It stars William Moseley (The Chronicles of Narnia), Colm Meaney (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), and Jesse Hutch (Batwoman).
