After weeks of cryptic teasers and posters, Neon has finally unveiled a full Longlegs trailer, previewing the upcoming horror movie starring Nicolas Cage and Maika Monroe.
The latest trailer gives us our first long look at the upcoming horror film, which is set to premiere on July 12, 2024. In it, Maika Monroe’s character can be seen investigating various locations, as well as brief clips of what look to be Nicolas Cage in his role as a serial killer.

What do we know about Longlegs?
So far, not a lot is known about the mysterious horror film, outside of the fact that Nicolas Cage will star in the project as a serial killer, with Maika Monroe starring alongside him as an FBI agent tasked with tracking him down. Alicia Witt and Blair Underwood will also star in the film in as-of-yet-unknown roles.
Throughout the past two months, Neon has been slowly releasing cryptic teasers for the project, including one just two weeks ago that showed off the most footage we’ve seen of the movie yet. The film is directed by Osgood Perkins (The Blackcoat’s Daughter, I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House), and is set for a 2024 release.
“FBI Agent Lee Harker is assigned to an unsolved serial killer case that takes unexpected turns, revealing evidence of the occult. Harker discovers a personal connection to the killer and must stop him before he strikes again,” reads the film’s official synopsis.
