ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Avatar clip from the new bonus features of the massive blockbuster hit‘s collector’s edition 4K release.
The Abyss, Aliens, and True Lies are available now in 4K Ultra UHD for the first time ever at digital retailers and are also available on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc. Avatar and Avatar: The Way of Water Collector’s Editions are also available now at digital retailers and will be available on Blu-ray on December 19 with tons of new bonus features.

“On the lush alien world of Pandora live the Na’vi, beings who appear primitive but are highly evolved,” reads the movie’s synopsis. “Because the planet’s environment is poisonous, human/Na’vi hybrids, called Avatars, must link to human minds to allow for free movement on Pandora. Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), a paralyzed former Marine, becomes mobile again through one such Avatar and falls in love with a Na’vi woman (Zoe Saldana). As a bond with her grows, he is drawn into a battle for the survival of her world.”
Who stars in Avatar?
Avatar stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Stephen Lang, Michelle Rodriguez, Sigourney Weaver, and more. It was written and directed by James Cameron, who also produced the film alongside Jon Landau. The first Avatar movie originally released in theaters on December 18, 2009, and was followed by last year’s sequel, Avatar: The Way of Water. The third film in the series is set to release on December 19, 2025.
