The official Silver and the Book of Dreams trailer for Prime Video‘s upcoming fantasy film adaptation, based on Kerstin Gier’s bestselling novel trilogy of the same name.
The video features a teenaged girl, who — after moving to London — befriends the mysterious Henry and his friends. They convince her to join in a ritual that would allow them to travel freely through the world of dreams. The film will start streaming tomorrow, December 8, on Prime Video.

What’s involved Silver?
Silver and the Book of Dreams is directed by Helena Hufnagel from a screenplay co-written by Sina Flammang and Christian Ditter. It stars Jana McKinnon (We Children of Bahnhof Zoo), Riva Krymalowski, Rhys Mannion, Chaneil Kular, Efeosa Afolabi, Théo Augier, Josephine Blazier, Samirah Breuer and Nicolette Krebitz (Wild). It hails from Constantin Film.
“When Liv moves to London, she meets the mysterious Henry and his group of friends, who pull her into the enthralling world of dream-travel,” reads the synopsis. “She and her newfound band of dream-wanderers conduct a ritual to make their biggest dream come true, but it demands the gravest sacrifice.”
Silver and the Book of Dreams—Amazon Original Motion Picture Soundtrack features music by Bleeding Fingers composer Sara Barone and electronic composers We Are Modular, which features Matthias Hauck and Nepomuk Heller.
