A brand new trailer for the upcoming Godzilla Minus One is out now, previewing more of the return of Godzilla in the first new Toho film since 2016.
The latest trailer shows off more of the chaos set to take place when Godzilla arrives, as well as some of the film’s story, which will focus on the country struggling following World War II as they try to rebuild.

What is Godzilla Minus One about?
“Post war Japan is at its lowest point when a new crisis emerges in the form of a giant monster, baptized in the horrific power of the atomic bomb,” reads the official synopsis of the film.
The first new Toho Godzilla film since 2016’s Shin Godzilla, Godzilla Minus One is written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki and features music by Naoki Sato. It stars Ryunosuke Kamiki, Minami Hamabe, Yuki Yamada, Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando, and Kuranosuke Sasaki.
Beginning November 3, 2023, fans can purchase tickets for the latest installment in the Godzilla film franchise ahead of its December 1, 2023 release date.
