ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Invaders From Proxima B trailer alongside the poster for the crazy sci-fi comedy movie. The film is set to have its world premiere at the Austin Film Festival on Saturday, October 28, followed by a second screening on Thursday, November 2 — both of which will be at the Galaxy Theatre.
“When a wise-cracking alien crashes in their backyard, the Jankins family teams up with their fuzzy new friend, Chuck, to battle a dangerous array of weirdos that show up in hot pursuit,” reads the movie’s synopsis. “A bumbling father and son, an alien-obsessed hippie influencer and a passionate pest control worker are in pursuit as the situation becomes more and more chaotic and personalities jump from body to body. The stakes couldn’t be higher for Chuck, the Jankins, and maybe even all of planet Earth. Will everyone come out of this adventure with their bodies and minds intact?”
