ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive Quicksand clip from the upcoming “Bromantic comedy” movie from writer and director JohnPaul Morris and Gravitas Ventures. The film is set to release digitally and through video-on-demand platforms on Tuesday, September 19.
What is Quicksand about?
The clip shows two friends as they try to reclaim their best friend’s wedding ring after accidentally selling it the day before the wedding. Things get heated as they try to barter with the stern man who bought the ring from a pawn shop.
“Ray and Paul are best friends and co-best men in their buddy’s wedding,” reads the movie’s official synopsis. “But when they lose the ring just days before the wedding, their fateful road trip to get it back accelerates into a loud exploration of life, love, and how to not die.”

Quicksand was written and directed by JohnPaul Morris as well as written by Jake Burgess and Broderick Steele. It was produced by Nick Loud, Chris Loud, and Mia Hagety. The film stars Tanner Presswood, Simón Elías, Mia Hagerty, Kelsey Ramirez, Melissa O’Brien, Vince Sarowatz, Melissa Kendell, and Tommy Hills.
