ComingSoon is excited to debut the exclusive trailer for Ten-Cent Daisy, an upcoming thriller about three sisters, their bond, and a mysterious secret that could upend their relationships. The film is coming to theaters and on-demand on October 28.

“Three sisters from a fishing village in the West Indies take refuge in Berkeley, California, following a traumatic event that threatens to reveal a centuries-old family secret, dating back to the Middle Passage,” reads the official synopsis. “A decade later, marooned in a foreign land the bond between the sisters has splintered. The youngest sister, Daisy, the embodiment of the secret, is left most vulnerable by the split. The middle sister, Violet, is on the hustle, desperate to earn enough to take Daisy and herself far away. The oldest, Orchid, has adapted well to life in America.”

Ten-Cent Daisy stars Lauren Michelle, Dionne Audain, Ameenah Kaplan, Margaret Laurena Kemp, Obinna Okafor, Jon Lindstrom, Jamal Ademola, Gordon Greene, Zack Gold, and Larvell Hood. The film is directed by Lisbon Okafor, with a screenplay from Cheryl Latouche and Obieze Okafor.
