Peacock has released the official Meet Cute trailer for the upcoming romantic comedy starring Kaley Cuoco and Pete Davidson. The film will be available for streaming on September 21.
The video features Cuoco’s Sheila as she falls in love at first sight with Davidson’s Gary. In order to turn Gary into her perfect dream man, she uses a time machine to fix his issues and problems while continuously reliving their first magical date night.

Meet Cute is directed by Alex Lehmann (Blue Jay) from a screenplay written by Noga Pnueli. It is being described as a wildly inventive deconstruction of the romantic comedy genre. Joining Cuoco and Davidson are Deborah S. Craig, Kirk Kelly, Sierra Fisk, Wesley Holloway, and Rock Kohli.
“When Sheila and Gary meet, it’s love at first sight – until we realize their magical date wasn’t fate at all,” reads the synopsis. “Sheila’s got a time machine, and they’ve been falling in love over and over again. But when the perfect night is never quite enough, Sheila travels to Gary’s past to change him into the perfect man.”
