Netflix has dropped the official trailer for Do Revenge, its forthcoming dark comedy that will be available for streaming on September 16. The video features Maya Hawke and Camila Mendes’ characters as they form an unlikely partnership and create outrageous plans to take down those who’ve ruined their lives.

“After a clandestine run-in, Drea (Alpha, fallen it girl) and Eleanor (beta, new alt girl) team up to go after each other’s tormentors,” says the logline. “Do Revenge is a subverted Hitchcock-ian dark comedy featuring the scariest protagonists of all: teenage girls.”
The film stars Maya Hawke, Camila Mendes, Austin Abrams, Alisha Boe, Rish Shah, Talia Ryder, Ava Capri, Jonathan Daviss, Maia Reficco, Paris Berelc, and Sophie Turner.

Do Revenge is directed by Jennifer Kaytin Robinson from a screenplay she co-wrote with Celeste Ballard. Robinson is best known for directing the streamer’s popular romantic comedy film Someone Great. She has also co-written the script for Marvel Studios’ recently released Thor: Love and Thunder.
